About the Role

This is a fixed-term, 12-month opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, including:

1. Proactively developing and maintaining a detailed understanding of each customer's business and financial needs

2. Providing appropriate solutions to support customer needs and maintain compliance with all relevant policies and procedures

3. Collaborating with product partners and other stakeholders to fulfill customer needs

4. Maintaining control of workflows across all compliance and customer fulfillment processes
