Senior Clinical Care Manager
A high-energy Registered Nurse is sought for a leadership role in the provision of exceptional aged care services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervision and accountability of clinical care delivery
* Responsible for all aspects of clinical operations
* Accountability for maintaining clinical accreditation standards
* Investigation and reporting of serious incidents as per regulatory requirements
Further Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI) assessments with the ACFI Liaison
* Development of resident care plans using evidence-based documentation systems
* Quality Performance Service (QPS) - Responsible for benchmarking performance reporting
* Maintaining effective relationships with families, negotiating care planning outcomes
Additional Responsibilities:
* Staff education and professional development initiatives
* Recruitment, rostering, phone support, and human resource management in collaboration with the Centre Manager
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for delivering excellent resident care, and a commitment to developing a positive and respectful workforce culture.
Current AHPRA registration and a National Police Check are mandatory requirements.
This is an autonomous position reporting directly to the Family Centre Manager, offering opportunities for personal and professional growth and development.
