RPS is expanding its communications and engagement team - and we want to connect with talented, enthusiastic and suitably qualified engagement practitioners to support our existing and growing infrastructure projects pipeline.

We're looking for professionals based in regional NSW (Central-West, Far-West, Riverina, Illawarra, Hunter and New England areas) with extensive experience delivering engagement activities within large infrastructure projects and are excited by the opportunity to assist in growing and developing capability with RPS.

**About you**
- Tertiary qualifications in communications/engagement related field.
- Community engagement acumen or stakeholder management experience in major greenfield infrastructure projects (energy, infrastructure, transport, water).
- Strong knowledge and experience delivering engagement approaches and social licence practices within approved frameworks.
- Well-developed relationships with key regional stakeholders (preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to work collaborative across teams, manage high-paced projects and grow business relationships.
- Exceptional planning, client engagement and execution abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
