Due to an exciting project underway, Iron Mountain is rapidly expanding and seeking multiple Mail-roomTeam Members to join its friendly team.
Your New Role
As the Mail-roomTeam Member, you'll play a pivotal role on-site for one of Iron Mountain's key clients, ensuring smooth mail and package operations. There are two part-time opportunities, 5am-9am Mon-Fri, with a possibility of being required to work until 1pm on the odd occasion.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Organising mail sorting, collection and distribution.
Receiving, sorting, recording, and distributing mail and deliveries.
Performing general office administration tasks and additional duties as needed.
Scanning, filing, and retrieving mail documents.
Assisting the Team Leader in collating mail and courier data.
Adhering to company WHS procedures.

About You
Previous mail room experience is essential.
Ability to multitask and prioritise.
Self-driven with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
Must be able to pass a police check and drug and alcohol test.
