What you'll be doing
Working within an experienced physiotherapy team to provide individual patient assessment and group exercise rehabilitation for people with chronic respiratory disease and/or chronic heart failure. Short-term outpatient programs at multiple sites across NSLHD in collaboration with the wider multi-disciplinary CDCRS team.

Qualifications and experience
* Full registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia. Evidence of extensive clinical experience with a minimum at a Level 2 Physiotherapist.
* Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision. Capacity to prioritise workload, manage a demanding schedule, apply high-level reasoning and exercise independent professional judgement.
* Proficiency in the provision of current physiotherapy practice with a strong commitment to an evidence-based service for consumers, carers and families requiring assessment, case management, intervention, appropriate referral and discharge planning.
* Current NSW Driver's licence.
