**Role Overview**
The role of People and Culture Manager (P&C) reports to the Managing Director of Duttons and is part of the executive leadership team, along with the Financial Controller and General Managers of Duttons across the 3 sites in South Australia. With two sites being based in Murray Bridge and one in the Adelaide Hills.
This senior role encompasses all aspects of People and Culture and is a highly strategic role for the business which will be responsible for building a cohesive, collaborative and high-performance People and Culture function to deliver core people and culture outcomes which align with Duttons business strategy.
**About the Person**
This new People and Culture function will need to be implemented by a strong leader who will constructively contribute to the Executive leadership team. This will suit someone with strong stakeholder engagement and commercial acumen, with strong communication and effective negotiation skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop a well-defined P&C strategic and supporting operational plan ensuring alignment to Duttons strategic business plan.
- Create a workforce planning framework for individual Managers to work collaboratively together with their teams to provide staff a workforce development plan including talent management and attraction.
- Work collaboratively with General Managers to develop career progression plans and training programs to help develop and provide staff opportunities to grow and develop with Duttons. Including succession planning frameworks.
- Upskill General Managers and Managers around P&C and Recruitment best practices
**Skills, Knowledge and Experience**
- Tertiary qualifications in organisational development, human resources, organisational psychology. relevant related business fields or relevant on the job experience.
- Extensive experience as a trusted advisor and recognised contributor.
- Current Driver's licence and a willingness to work across all three sites.
