Market leading Security, SecOps & AI consultancy with circa 100 staff looking to continue on their growth trajectory by bolstering the team in Canberra with an experienced Client Manager
* $200k base + Super - $400k OTE Uncapped with highly achievable targets
* Client Account Manager role to manage a small handful of strategic Federal Gov accounts
* Market leading Cyber, Automation & AI solutions at the forefront of their industry
This role will be primarily focused on managing and growing a small handful of strategic Federal Gov accounts. You will be charged with building deep customer relationships up to CIO level, executing a strategic territory development plan for new, up-sell, and cross-sell opportunities, and driving high customer satisfaction in those accounts.
Role Responsibilities:
* Selling the company's IT professional services & outcomes based consulting agreements.
* Protect, retain and grow share of wallet within two key Federal Government accounts.
* Working strategically with a key external vendor partner - one of the fastest growing and most prestigious technology vendors on the planet.
* Develop sales revenues from existing key accounts, as well developing new business from within assigned 'target accounts'.
* Drive strategic account plan for your territory from opportunity management through to successful deal closure whilst maintaining a dynamic and consultative approach.
* Successfully execute strategic and operational sales and marketing activities.
* Represent the company at relevant vendor, customer and partner events in Canberra.
* Work closely with Delivery and Business Operations teams, internally, to delivery best fit consulting engagements.
* Accurately manage to forecast, including pipeline management and company reports.
Key Experience Required:
* Ideally 5+ years of experience in selling IT professional services - outcomes based consulting agreements - related to cyber security, automation and AI
* Experience of new business development rather than just purely account management / retention
* A proactive and self-motivated entrepreneurial individual with a consultative sales approach who thrives in a scale-up environment, with a "can-do" mentality and a commitment to succeed.
* Excellent communication, written and verbal presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate/communicate business value across multiple stakeholders, through to C-level executives.
