Responsible for the daily care of older Australians. Completion of care documentation. Assisting with meals whilst also monitoring nutrition and hydration. Family and resident education. Practicing excellent Infection control and prevention. Facilitating residents to be as independent as possible. Assisting residents to live their best life!
