The Recruitment Resourcer/Consultant is responsible for assisting with the day to day business requirements and providing talent search and interview support along with managing customer relationships (clients and candidates), to ensure the satisfactory delivery of our recruitment service. You are accountable for proactive client and candidate management and will assist our clients with finding the best people to staff their business. You'll attract candidates, screen them and match them to appropriate positions. The role: Accurately identify client requirements Evaluate resumes and applications Source candidates utlising tools provided Assume responsibility of pre-interview screening Match the most suitable candidates to positions Assist with reference checks, arrange medicals, police checks, check licences and qualifications. Manage client and candidate retention to achieve warranty periods Provide support to the Director as required.
