This temporary cover role works within a fast‐paced creative team by coordinating product sourcing, artwork, supplier management and job tracking to ensure clients receive high‐quality, on‐brand outcomes. You'll work closely with internal partners, vendors and suppliers to deliver smooth project execution, accurate artwork, timely dispatch and exceptional client service.

Description

* Provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to the team.
* Coordinate client communications and manage inquiries efficiently.
* Prepare and edit professional documents and reports as required.
* Maintain accurate records and manage client databases effectively.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
* Assist with general office duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Collaborate with team members to support business objectives.
* Ensure the highest level of client satisfaction and professionalism.

Profile

A successful Client Services Coordinator should have:

* Proven experience in a similar secretarial or administrative role within professional services.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and database management.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Commitment to providing exceptional client service.

Job Offer

* Hourly rate between AUD $34.00 and AUD $42.00, depending on experience.
