- Caboolture Area : SIL shifts - overnights required
- Cootharaba Area : SIL shifts - overnights required
About the Role
As a Lifestyle Mentor, you’ll be helping participants build their independence and lead fulfilling lives. Your days will be guided by a commitment to Purpose, Opportunity, and Passion. Key responsibilities include:
-Supporting personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, and domestic activities.
-Encouraging skills development such as job readiness, cooking, financial literacy, or navigating public transport.
-Promoting social and community inclusion by helping participants connect, forge friendships, and pursue their interests.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking compassionate, adaptable, and purpose-driven individuals who believe in empowering others. To succeed, you’ll need to:
-Approach your role with empathy and a person-centred mindset.
-Be a reliable team player who thrives in a dynamic and evolving work environment.
-Be flexible, with the ability to work across day, night, and sleepover shifts as required.
-Experience with High Level Supports (e.g. Personal Care & Complex Behaviours)
-Digital Literacy competent
Beneficial but Not Essential Qualifications

-Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent (beneficial, but not essential)
-NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Blue Card
-A current Australian driver’s licence and reliable, insured vehicle.
-Completion of NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission eLearning Certificates.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to quickly learn and use various apps and systems.
