They offer a range of products and services, including longwall mining systems, automated plow systems, and high-pressure pump stations. Our candidate is also known for their commitment to quality and innovation, ensuring efficient and reliable service to its clients in the mining and tunnelling industries.
Your new role
* Working on underground and mining equipment
* Completing breakdowns and preventative maintenance works
* Running caballing and wiring
* Reading and interpreting plans
What you'll need to succeed
* Electrical Licence
* CPR / LVR Certificate
* Driver's licence and reliable transport
* Contactable references
* Ability to complete police check
* Living locally in the Mackay region
What you'll get in return
If you're successful in this position, you will be working in a busy workshop in Paget. You will be paid an attractive hourly rate, with additional benefits and super. This position will see you working Monday to Friday, 10 hours per day and you will receive a weekly pay. If you're the right fit for our client, they will also have the opportunity to transition you into a permanent role at any time.
