Overview
Registered Nurse role with Uniting Home Care in Broken Hill. Part-time position focused on delivering high-quality clinical care in home and community settings to promote client self-determination, resilience, and quality of life for clients and their family carers.
Responsibilities
- Provide effective clinical nursing care that enhances client self-determination, capacity, resilience, social engagement, and overall quality of life.
- Deliver person-centred care that supports independence and social connections for clients.
Who We’re Looking For
- Nursing experience in aged or community care, or a passion to begin a career in aged care from a broader health background.
- Adaptable, empathetic, resourceful, strong time management; aligns with Uniting’s values of compassionate, respectful, imaginative, and bold.
- Committed to contemporary aged care nursing practice.
- Relevant nursing degree with current AHPRA registration.
- Current Australian Driver’s License and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle.
