OverviewThis is a 3 month fixed term, full-time position commencing Term 4, 2025 with possible extension and / or permanency.Since 1921, Pinjarra Senior High School (SHS) has proudly served the community of Pinjarra and its surrounding region.

We are seeking a leader who embodies a Growth Mindset and is committed to fostering a culture of collaboration, high expectations and reflective practice.In this leadership role, you should lead and support a developing Science team, with a strong focus on building capacity, fostering professional growth and cultivating a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
You will ideally promote evidence based best practice in teaching and learning aligned with the school's pedagogical framework, using data and evidence to inform planning and target interventions to improve student outcomes.
The successful applicant should contribute to whole school initiatives, promote well-being and foster strong partnerships within the Pinjarra community and beyond.The successful applicant should have the ability to lead change and innovation and be responsible for the analysis of performance data related to the Science learning area.
