**Location**: Central Coast, Charmhaven
**Hourly Rate**: $45 - 55 an hour plus Super pending experience
**Job Type**:Full Time (38 hours/week)
**Duration**:Ongoing Temporary Assignment (2-year project with potential for extension)

**Your new role**
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee all document control processes within the Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
- Establish project requirements on the Aconex online platform.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure all members are knowledgeable and compliant with Aconex and document management procedures.
- Oversee project cycles, including procurement, design, construction, and commissioning, ensuring compliance with standards and project requirements.
- Create and maintain distribution matrices in the EDMS.
- Upload, register, and classify all pertinent documentation.
- Handle versions, revisions, transmission, receipt, and preparation of other documents as directed by the Project Manager.
- Generate necessary reports from the EDMS, such as engineering status and vendor/contractor document submission status, review cycles, and assist in expediting internal reviews.
- Conduct audits on meta-data in the EDMS to ensure accurate reporting is available.
- Prioritise and schedule tasks to meet deadlines.
- Provide administrative support to the project team as needed.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven experience in a role requiring high-level administrative, project coordination, and management support skills.
- Prior document control experience in an engineering project environment (including Vendor/Contractor documentation) or data management environment using an EDMS.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, Adobe Acrobat, file management tools such as Explorer and WinZip, and demonstrated ability to learn other software tools.
- Working knowledge of EDMS, such as ACONEX, SharePoint, and Content Manager.
- Ability to adhere to workflows and standards.
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills to build relationships with team members.
- Drivers licence, white card or general construction induction card.
- This role may also require vaccination documentation against Hepatitis._
