Job Opportunity:
The Department of Education, Western Australia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced corporate manager to join their team.
As a corporate manager, you will be responsible for managing the school's financial resources, including implementing financial plans, forecasting cash flows, and making investments.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that procedures and processes comply with Government legislations, policies, and applicable accounting standards.
The successful applicant will provide overviews and reports on financial and project management details, building on our fully commended Public School Review report.
The ideal candidate will have high-level human resource management skills, including the ability to develop and/or apply human resource management practices and processes.
They will also have high-level financial management skills, including budget preparation and the ability to understand and apply financial and accounting practices and procedures.
The role requires effective leadership of a team, with the ability to provide high-level customer service principles and practices.
The successful applicant will ideally contribute to strategic decisions and school improvement plans for targeted initiatives, providing leadership and acting as a liaison within the school and community.
