Responsibilities
Manage and deliver reliable ERP sustainment services supporting the Director of the Enterprise Functional Integration Technology (EFIT) directorate within the Enterprise Resource Planning Support Organisation (ESO).
Lead the function of service delivery and initiate actions to maintain or improve levels of service addressing performance, skill or capacity gaps.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement, contributing to strategic decision-making and engaging with stakeholders at all levels to shape service delivery outcomes that impact Defence's capabilities.
About our Team
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is a key enabler of the One Defence reform agenda. ERP will standardise and integrate critical functions into a single SAP platform delivering a major capability uplift for Defence.
The ERP Support Organisation (ESO) with Defence Digital Group (DDG) is responsible for the coordination of ERP sustainment services across legacy applications and SAP capabilities.
ESO adopts the DDG Service Integration and Management (SIAM) framework for end-to-end ICT service integration and delivers integrated governance, operating model, processes and structure in support of the ERP Operating Model.
The EFIT Directorate is responsible for Sustainment of the Force Element capability and ERP Interface management within the ESO, overseeing support for analytic models, analytics and reporting via ERP SAP Analytics Cloud and providing cross-functional support and dependencies across all functional areas within the ESO.

Security Clearance
Applicants must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance at "Negative Vetting Level 1".
