The Role :
We are looking for an experienced senior researcher to conduct guided literature searches, scoping and systematic reviews and meta-analyses necessary for the update of the National Otitis Media Guidelines for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children. We are recruiting a Senior Research Fellow to lead review outcomes, administer the Technical Advisory Group, lead the drafting and submission of high-quality peer-reviewed journal publications, play a major role in research grant applications and establish and manage research databases.
About You :
As a motivated individual and qualified professional you will have postgraduate qualifications and extensive program management and research experience in a health-related field.
You will also have :
Proven track record of first-author publications.
Experience in literature searches, systematic reviews and using statistical packages.
Leading the drafting and submission of manuscripts for publications.
Proven strong leadership in research and ability to lead and manage a small team.

The Benefits :
Base salary Level C $132,508 - $151,412 per annum pro-rata (total remuneration salary package including superannuation $161,252 - $184,437 per annum pro-rata)
Generous leave provisions including 6 weeks annual leave.
Salary packaging up to $15,900 per annum and $2,650 meal and entertainment card tax-free.
