The People & Culture Lead will oversee the people function in a fast-growing organization, driving global initiatives and collaborating closely with senior leaders.
* Culture & Engagement: Foster values-based communication, employee recognition, feedback loops, and initiatives strengthening team connection and belonging.
* Performance & Development: Implement review cycles, capability frameworks, and development pathways supporting employees to perform at their best.
* Global Resource Planning: Collaborate with offshore contributors and external staffing providers to ensure effective resource allocation across markets.
* Workplace Experience: Enhance our Melbourne HQ environment – from ergonomic setups to team rituals and office culture.
* HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee and manage relationships with external HR consultancy partners.
* Proven success recruiting mid-senior hires and implementing performance reviews and development frameworks.
* Strong capability with HRIS/ATS tools (e.g., Employment Hero, JobAdder).
* Ability to navigate compliance and people policies with execution support from an HR partner.
* A sense of humor and genuine care for team wellbeing.
