The Role
Lead a passionate team delivering high-quality crèche and children's programs at Port Hedland Leisure. As Crèche Team Leader, you'll plan and coordinate activities, supervise staff, and ensure a safe, nurturing environment for children while providing exceptional customer service.
What We're Looking For
* Demonstrated experience supervising children in a childcare or crèche setting.
* Proven ability to lead and support a small team, fostering collaboration and high standards.
* Strong organisational and time management skills to plan programs and manage daily operations.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with families and promote services.
* Ability to show initiative, solve problems, and adapt to changing priorities.
* Experience in marketing and promoting programs is highly desirable.
* Ability to work flexible hours and maintain compliance with safety regulations.

Work Related Requirements
The preferred applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol assessment to be considered for the role, as well as possess:

* Current 'C' class driver's license
