Operations Lead We are seeking an experienced operations professional to lead our high-performing warehouse team at our Epping site. The Role: Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee all day-to-day activities across the Epping warehouse, covering receival, picking, packing, replenishment and inventory management. You'll provide clear leadership, coaching and support while maintaining high service levels to our customers. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will set the standard for safety, efficiency and team culture. Main Responsibilities:
