Job Title: Payroll Officer
Role Description:
A skilled professional with experience in payroll administration is required to provide support to the Payroll Manager. The role will involve performing full-function payroll operations in a high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Timely and accurate processing of employee payroll.
* Responding to payroll queries within agreed service levels.
* Calculating pay increases, back pays and leave reconciliations.
Requirements:
Proven experience operating as a Payroll Officer or Senior Payroll Officer in a fast-paced organisation. Good computer literacy and numerical data processing speed and accuracy are essential. Knowledge of manual and computerised payroll systems and time attendance software is also necessary.
