Responsible for managing & optimising the end-to-end flow of products & information across our supply chain. This role ensures accurate stock levels, effective supplier coordination & seamless fulfilment.
You'll play a key role in supporting our manufacturing, ecommerce, & retail operations by maintaining precise inventory records, forecasting demand, coordinating logistics, & driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
* Monitor, record, and reconcile stock across multiple locations (warehouse, production, retail, ecommerce).
* Conduct cycle counts and stocktakes; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
* Liaise with local and international suppliers to manage purchase orders, deliveries, and lead times.
* Maintain supplier records, pricing, and performance metrics.
* Forecast demand and analyse data to plan replenishment and minimise stockouts.
* Coordinate inbound and outbound freight, ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery.
* Prepare accurate export/import documentation and maintain logistics data integrity.
* Minimum 1-2 years experience in import/export documentation and customs procedures.
* Review processes, identify inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement.
* Produce regular inventory and supply chain performance reports.
* Minimum 3+ years experience in supply chain or inventory management.
* Certificate or Diploma in supply chain management, logistics, or related field.
* Australian work rights are required for this position.
