This 12-month contract role is based in Canberra with hybrid flexibility and requires an active Baseline security clearance.As a User Researcher, you'll play a key role in capturing and analysing user insights to shape the design and delivery of services that truly meet user needs. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams in a SAFe Agile environment to inform decisions that enhance the user experience.What You'll Do:Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user needs and behaviours.Create personas, journey maps, and research reports to inform product direction.Facilitate user testing, interviews, and surveys to validate ideas and concepts.Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to embed insights into delivery.Continuously iterate on research approaches and contribute to the Design Reference Group.Ensure research aligns with Agile backlogs and program priorities.What You'll Bring:Several years of experience in user research within Agile delivery environments.Proven ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable insights.Proficiency in tools such as Miro, Figma, Useberry, and Hotjar.Strong analytical and communication skills, with stakeholder engagement experience.Tertiary qualifications or certifications in user research, UX, or related fields.Understanding of design thinking, digital service standards, and iterative design processes.To apply, please send through the details.
