Reliability Improvement Leader
This role drives strategies for excellence in maintenance and engineering controls, ensuring disciplined execution. As a key member of our team, you will develop personnel, implement reliability improvement plans, conduct Root Cause Analysis, and prioritize projects to enhance plant performance and reduce costs.
You will review and optimize maintenance strategies to improve long-term plant reliability and asset life. Additionally, you will facilitate downtime analysis, performance improvement initiatives, and manage the implementation of supporting systems.
