Project Coordinator – Commercial Waterproofing
Full Time | Yatala Office | $48.08 per hour + super | $100k+ package
Superseal Group (AUST) Pty Ltd is a specialist commercial waterproofing contractor delivering system-based waterproofing solutions across commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects.
We work on basements, podium decks, rooftops, plant areas and remedial works where coordination, documentation and forward planning are critical to successful project delivery.
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support our Project Managers in delivering commercial construction projects.
This is a full-time permanent role based in our Yatala office, reporting directly to the Project Manager and working closely with supervisors, site teams and suppliers.
We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and capable of thinking ahead to identify risks, constraints and upcoming requirements before they impact delivery.
The Role
The Project Coordinator ensures projects are properly organised, documented and coordinated so site teams can deliver efficiently.
This role requires someone who can anticipate what is needed next, identify gaps early and solve problems before they affect programme or productivity.
You will play a key role ensuring:
• project documentation is structured and complete
• procurement is coordinated in line with programme
• site teams receive accurate and timely information
• RFIs and variations are tracked
• QA frameworks are set up for site teams
• project records are maintained
• delivery runs in a controlled and predictable manner
• upcoming risks are identified early
• information gaps are identified before they impact site teams
The role allows the Project Manager to focus on programme, client interface and commercial outcomes while you manage coordination and project administration.
Key Responsibilities
Project setup in project management system
document control and drawing registers
issuing drawings and specifications to site teams
preparing purchase orders
coordinating supplier deliveries
tracking procurement requirements
tracking RFIs
tracking variations
maintaining project registers
ensuring site teams receive required information
setting up Inspection Test Plans (ITPs)
monitoring QA completion by site teams
supporting project closeout documentation
identifying upcoming project constraints
identifying missing information early
assisting the PM to plan upcoming works
This role supports project delivery but does not involve site supervision or installation work.
