We are currently seeking a Sales Consultant to join our Doreen – Mernda office, so if you are looking to embark on an exciting career in the thriving real estate industry, we want to hear from you.
As a Sales Consultant your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting door knocking activities and arranging appointments with potential clients.
* Making cold calls and database calls to generate leads and expand the client base.
* Assisting in the preparation of listing kits and executing marketing strategies for properties.
* Assisting with building inspection, private inspections, property photography appointments.
* Maintaining and updating the database to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information.
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients, answering enquiries, and addressing concerns.
* Assisting at auctions, open houses, and property inspections to support the sales process.
* Actively participating in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

You will also require the following qualifications, skills, and attributes for the Sales Consiltant position:

* Possession of an Agent Representative Certificate (non negotiable).
* Full-time availability to commit to the demands of the position.
* Ownership of a car and a valid driver's license.
* Positive attitude, driven mindset, and an eagerness to learn and grow within the real estate field.
* Ability to thrive under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and effectively manage workflow and priorities.
* Exceptional work ethic demonstrated by a combination of accuracy, efficiency, initiative, and enthusiasm.
