Overview We are seeking a passionate and talented Poultry Vaccines Assistant Product Manager to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing animal health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.
Responsibilities Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan for the poultry vaccines portfolio.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.Support in defining product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional approaches.Monitor brand performance and suggest corrective actions based on KPIs (sales, market share, customer engagement).
Support in developing brand communication materials (brochures, detailing aids, digital content, etc.).
Provide training and marketing support to the field force, including product knowledge and communication tools.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine.Minimum 1-3 years of experience in marketing or product management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or animal health industry.Experience with vaccines or biological products is a strong asset.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools.Communication, creativity, and innovation in crafting and executing marketing initiatives.
