Stream Healthcare is currently recruiting for Facility and Regional Manager or Aged Care Manager positions across the Central Coast of NSW. These are high-impact roles offering the chance to work with a respected provider in aged care, within a supportive and established leadership team.

About the role:
You will oversee operations across residential and supported living services, leading teams of managers and clinical staff. Travel between sites may be required, including visits to the Gold Coast. Your focus will be on service delivery, compliance, and building a positive workplace culture.
What we’re looking for:
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Significant leadership experience in aged, residential or home care settings
- Proven ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary teams
- Police Check and NDIS Screening (or willingness to obtain)
- Immunisation certificate (highly regarded)
- Dual experience in both home care and residential services is essential
