We are seeking an experienced 
Land Surveyor 
to support major road and rail infrastructure projects. 
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out precise surveying and set-out work, ensuring accurate alignment and execution of design specifications in the field. 
You will work closely with project managers and engineers to maintain quality, safety, and accuracy throughout all project phases. 
Key Responsibilities 
Perform field surveying and set-out work specifically for road and rail construction projects. 
Use advanced survey equipment (e.g., total stations, GPS) to ensure precise layout and alignment. 
Interpret engineering plans and designs for accurate application on-site. 
Establish and verify control points, benchmarks, and grid systems required for large-scale project layouts. 
Work in close collaboration with site engineers, project managers, and other construction teams to communicate project progress and address any challenges. 
Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols. 
Prepare, analyze, and report survey data to support quality control and documentation requirements. 
Qualifications 
Education: 
Degree or diploma in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. 
Technical Skills: 
Proficient in survey and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, Leica, Trimble Business Center). 
Other Skills: 
Robust analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 
Detail-oriented with a high level of precision in fieldwork. 
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with project teams. 
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work efficiently under pressure.
