Within regional NSW, public transport infrastructure and it's availability has become more and more critical to its everyday customers. A number of opportunities have arisen to be part of a dynamic team for Customer Service projects for a high profile State Government department.
This Government Department provides an extensive network of services across NSW, and places the customer experience as its number one priority. Due to a surge in passengers, more transportation services are required to manage the increase in transport use. We are seeking a large scale team that can assist as frontline customer service and crowd management, monitoring physical distancing by customers and promote a safe environment for all.
You will attend training and be continuously briefed with any changes in order to assist and provide the customers with the correct information at a high level of customer service and engagement.
You will be a proactive and enthusiastic individual who thrives in busy environments and face to face customer service. This is a casual role with varying levels of work available, dependent on project requirements.
