Business Development Manager
The Role
Drive aggressive growth for this Property Agency by hunting new business and securing a high‐volume, recurring property service pipeline. This is a high‐activity role for a self‐driven closer who thrives in a fast‐paced cold prospecting environment.
The Responsibilities
* The Hunt: Proactively build a pipeline via heavy telephone prospecting, LinkedIn lead gen, and rapid response to inbound enquiries.
* The Close: Manage the end‐to‐end sales cycle—from initial pitch and service showcasing to contract conversion and property onboarding.
* The Target: Meet and exceed activity‐based KPIs, focusing on converting agency relationships into 600+ properties serviced per month.
* Onboarding: Partner with new clients through the initial mail‐out and transition phase to ensure seamless integration.
* Intelligence: Maintain meticulous records in the CRM (Salesforce) to track sales forecasts, activity reports, and market feedback.
The Requirements
* Experience: 2+ years in a hunter‐style sales role, ideally within Real Estate or Property Management.
* Drive: Proven ability to maintain a rigorous prospecting campaign and orchestrate the win.
* Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex legislative requirements simply.
* Tech Savvy: Strong administration skills and experience using CRMs to manage a high‐volume desk.
* Must be an Australian Citizen or have Full Work rights and be willing to undergo a Police Check.
The Package
* Remuneration: $90k base + Super + Commissions.
* Commission: Staged 3‐month ramp‐up (0% → 50% → 100%).
* Tools: Phone and laptop provided.
* Location: 100% Onsite (Collingwood) with flexible start/finish times (8:30 am or 9:00 am).
