Role Overview:
As Customer Service Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage the customer service team, ensuring all client interactions are handled professionally, promptly, and courteously. You will oversee customer inquiries, support service delivery, and develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the customer service team to deliver outstanding support.
* Act as the main point of contact for escalated customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
* Oversee client onboarding, service scheduling, and contract renewals.
* Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve satisfaction.
* Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to meet service expectations.
* Monitor customer feedback, resolve issues or complaints efficiently, and follow up to ensure resolution.
* Support the sales team with customer-related administrative tasks.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and service requests.
* Provide leadership, training, and motivation to the customer service team.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Proven experience in customer service management or related leadership roles.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong leadership and team management abilities.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
* Ability to handle multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer management software (CRM).
* High level of professionalism, patience, and empathy.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in the cleaning, facilities management, or service industry.
* Knowledge of CRM systems and office management tools.
