Job Title:
The Night Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. As a key point of contact, you will manage incidents, handle emergencies, and maintain building safety.
Main Responsibilities:
* Monitor building safety and respond to any issues or emergencies overnight.
* Manage incidents including conflicts, grievances, and after-hours emergencies.
* Support residents as a friendly point of contact for welfare and assistance.
* Complete tasks such as record-keeping, reporting, and payment processing.
Key Requirements:
* Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
* Working with Children's Check (VIC).
* Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.
* Previous experience in accommodation, hospitality, or security.
