GMHBA offers a flexible workplace, a community-focused culture, and a great regional lifestyleAbout the Role:GMHBA is seeking a Member Experience Coach to provide real-time product, system, and process support to Member Experience, Sales & Retention, and Membership Advisors. This role includes coaching, facilitating workshops, and contributing to process improvements to enhance member experience, quality, and compliance outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Provide real-time support and coaching to advisors across digital and voice channels.Identify knowledge gaps and support learning initiatives.Assist with process improvements, documentation proofing, and administrative tasks.Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.Promote health, safety, and wellbeing in the workplace.Why Join GMHBA?At GMHBA, we’re all about teamwork, growth, and making a real difference for our members.
