Your Role
Here's what you will be doing:
* Participate in a three-year Engineering Graduate Program starting February 2026, gaining experience across technical and commercial areas including Construction, Safety, Procurement, Scheduling, Tendering, Quality and Environmental, Financial, Commercial, and Design
* Work on-site solving real problems alongside experienced engineers and tradespeople
* Engage in regular project site-based work across South Australia and interstate, aligning work hours with project site rosters (usually 11 days on-site/3 days home)
* Develop practical skills and contribute to meaningful projects in electrical infrastructure and renewable energy
About You
The company is looking for:
* Recent or soon-to-be graduate in Electrical or Civil Engineering (graduated within the past 2 years or completing by end of 2025)
* Current Australian driver's licence (full or probationary)
* Willingness and ability to work away on project sites across South Australia and interstate on a roster basis (usually 11/3 roster)
* Hands-on, practical approach with a passion for dynamic project environments
* Loves learning and applying new ideas to solve real problems
* Strong communication skills and ability to work well with diverse teams
Compensation & Benefits
* Salary of $110,783.83 plus 13% Superannuation under the Utilities Management Pty Ltd Enterprise Agreement
