Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, the Chief Operating Officer (COO) plays a pivotal role in leading clinical engagement across facilities and professional groups, fostering collaboration, and championing best practice and service integration.
You will drive performance and continuous improvement in both clinical care and business operations, with a strong focus on the Queensland Government commitments including reducing ambulance ramping and stabilising the elective surgery waitlist and direct alignment with MNH's strategic goals, values, and commitment to health equity.
As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will help shape the future of healthcare delivery in Queensland, working across a complex health environment with significant responsibility and delegated authority.
You are a visionary and trusted executive leader with the ability to communicate a compelling purpose, inspire large teams, and drive strategic outcomes in complex environments.
You demonstrate integrity, build trust, and lead with transparency, empowering others to perform at their best.
