Position Summary
We're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join us on a casual basis, up to 3 fixed days a week, in an on-site role based in Berkeley Vale, Central Coast.
This role is ideal for candidates who have foundational design skills, are motivated to develop further, and are interested in building capability through hands-on experience. You'll be working closely with an experienced creative lead, receiving structured guidance, constructive feedback, and hands-on experience across a wide mix of design and marketing tasks.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
* Social media post creation and content support
* Flyers, brochures, and other marketing collateral
* Mock-ups, samples, and presentation materials
* Minor copywriting and content adjustments
* General design production and artwork tasks
You'll also build your skills across Adobe Creative Cloud, especially:
* InDesign
* Illustrator
* Photoshop
Some exposure to Premiere Pro and After Effects will also be part of the role.

Qualifications & Skills
We're looking for someone who:
* Has foundational graphic design skills
* Understands the fundamentals of social media content
* Has clear written English skills for short form copy and content edits
* Is eager to learn and open to guidance
* Is practical, proactive, and willing to support team priorities as required
* Is willing to embrace AI and work alongside AI-supported processes as part of a modern creative workflow
* Is able to commute to Berkeley Vale on the Central Coast, as this is an on-site role
* Is at an early stage in their design career
* Can provide a portfolio that showcases their skills
