The Role
As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you’ll manage end-to-end AR processes for the local customer base while collaborating with a broader finance team, including an offshore function. Reporting to the Manager of Finance and Administration, your tasks will include:
* Setting up new customer accounts and performing credit checks
* Generating invoices and managing monthly billing runs
* Updating customer details and processing billing adjustments
* Reconciling payments and managing overdue accounts
* Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email
* Assisting with reporting, system improvements, and process documentation
* Supporting team members and providing backup as needed
About You
Ideally, you bring:
* 2+ years’ experience in AR, finance administration, or a similar role, with strong transferable finance/admin skills
* Strong attention to detail and excellent time management
* Professional communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* Basic Excel skills (formulas, reconciliations)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small, close-knit team
