Job Description: We are seeking passionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team in Sydney. The ideal candidates will provide high-quality support services to NDIS participants, ensuring their needs and goals are met with professionalism and compassion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personalised care and support to NDIS participants
* Assist with daily living activities and personal care
* Foster community engagement and participation
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of support provided
* Work collaboratively with participants, families, and the PowerAbility team
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Relevant qualifications and mandatory NDIS checks (including Working with Children Check and National Police Check)
* Valid driver's licence
* Certificate III or IV in Disability or equivalent
* First Aid and/or CPR certification within the last 12 months
* Infection prevention and control training within the last 12 months
* Experience in the disability sector
* Positive attitude, reliable, and punctual
* Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal communication skills
* Experience in providing support services to individuals with disabilities
