Are you a skilled allied health professional ready to take the lead? We're seeking a passionate Team Leader to guide a multidisciplinary therapy team in delivering high-quality early intervention services for children, young adults, and families.
About the Role
* Lead and mentor a team of allied health therapists across a transdisciplinary caseload
* Deliver evidence-informed therapy services and oversee performance targets
* Conduct assessments, set goals, and collaborate with families to enhance client outcomes
* Champion best practice, drive continuous service improvement, and support inclusion
* Actively contribute to supervision, development, and the strategic direction of the practice
About You
* Unrestricted registration and professional body membership (AHPRA, SPA, APS)
* Proven experience in leadership and multidisciplinary therapy services
* Strong communication, time management, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Track record of achieving clinical and operational KPIs
* Current driver\'s license and relevant checks (WWCC, Police, NDIS, First Aid)
