RGIT is looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Sales and Marketing Coordinator to work in the Melbourne campus. These are currently Full-time and/or Part-time positions.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to achieve enrolment targets.
* Collaborate with education agents and partners to promote RGIT Australia's courses and programs.
* Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
* Maintain and update the institution's website and social media channels to reflect current offerings and initiatives.
* Represent RGIT Australia at events, expos, and other promotional activities.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
* Prepare regular reports on sales performance and marketing campaign effectiveness.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international stakeholders.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
* Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the education sector.
* Strong understanding of the Australian vocational education and training (VET) industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
* Analytical skills to assess campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
* A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
To be successful in this job you will be a highly motivating and engaging individual with outstanding presentation skills that set you apart from others. You will have a proven track record of excellent work environment with demonstrated highly developed oral and written communication skills.
