Community/Disability Support Worker
Requirements:
* Shifts available Monday - Sunday from 8:30am-12:30pm or 9am-1pm.
* Must be driving.
* Must have flexible schedule.
* Must be able to do personal care, meal prep, assist with getting dressed, and community access.
Other Requirements:
* Current full Australian driver's licence.
* Own a car.
* Comprehensive Car Insurance.
* NDIS Workers Screening Check (Service NSW).
* Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.
* Working with Children Check (WWCC).
* Experienced in Manual Handling, challenging behaviours, and other high-care skills.
* Previous experience in Disability Support or Assistant in Nursing (AIN).
* Fluent in English.
* Friendly with a can-do attitude

About The Role: Your role is to provide exceptional service while supporting clients to meet their goals as set out in their NDIS plan.
This includes but is not limited to:
* Intensive, flexible, and responsive client-focused support with the aim of assisting clients to successfully improve their physical and mental health.
* Has an initiative to plan clients' activities and other social outings.
* Develop connections with the community and achieve their goals.
* Assist in their needs of daily living, domestic assistance, social support, transport, community outings, and so on.
* Willing to do both Support Work and Assistant in Nursing.
* Willing to be on-call and travel to different areas.
This is a casual employment position offering an attractive hourly rate depending on experience and availability.
