Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare large-scale desserts and bakery items for residents, ensuring all items meet quality standards and menu specifications.
* Maintain minimal resident complaints regarding desserts and baked goods, seeking innovative opportunities for improvement.
Additional Duties (As Directed):
* Participate in general food production tasks, including vegetable preparation for daily service.
* Deliver meals and provisions to care facilities if required.
Essential Requirements:
* Certificate III or IV in commercial cookery.
* 5 years of relevant experience in large-scale production.
* Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal).
