Finance Administrator / Bookkeeper (Part-Time)
We are a privately owned business based in Daglish, involved in a variety of industries and committed to providing a supportive working environment for our team.
As an in-house bookkeeper/administrator within our accounts team, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the wider business.
This is a part-time role, ideally with a commitment to four days per week, and offering flexibility for the right candidate.
About the Role
This is a hands-on position suited to a detail-oriented and proactive professional who enjoys working autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Providing comprehensive bookkeeping services across the group
Maintaining accurate financial records using Xero and Excel
Reconciling accounts and processing invoices
Managing the payroll function (payroll experience preferred but not essential)
Using Office 365 applications to support accounting and administrative tasks
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a bookkeeping or finance administration role with a minimum of 5+ years of experience
Proficiency in Xero and Excel (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
Professional communication skills and a positive team-focused attitude
Australian citizenship is required for this position
