Grocery Delivery Drivers required in Alexandria - ASAP START
An Australian supermarket leader located in Alexandria is in the process of expanding its team in preparation for the upcoming peak season.
We are currently seeking Customer Delivery Drivers whose responsibilities will include collecting, transporting, and delivering goods to customers in a safe and timely manner.
About the Role
The Customer Delivery Driver position offers the opportunity to interact directly with customers. You will utilise your people skills and time management abilities to ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining a positive customer experience. The delivery van will be pre‑loaded with orders arranged according to the most efficient route.
About You
* A full, unrestricted C Class Australian Driver's Licence with a clean driving record (you'll need to consent to undergo both a police history check and driving history check).
* Confidence in safely driving and navigating through busy streets, suburban areas, and/or regional locations.
* Physical capability to lift and carry groceries from the van to delivery points, which may include stairs.
* A commitment to providing excellent customer service with enthusiasm and efficiency - ability to follow procedures and meet schedules and deadlines.
* Flexibility to work varying hours throughout the week, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
* Must have a RSAT (Responsible Supply of Alcohol) Certificate or willing to obtain one before commencement.
* Able to provide a Driving history record from Service NSW prior commencement.
