Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Support Merchandise specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience working in a busy sales environment, with a passion for agricultural products and services. You will also possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to build strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Service: Provide a memorable experience for all customers, either in-store or over the telephone, whilst performing general administrative tasks including stock control, ordering, receipting, and dispatching of goods.
* Sales Assistance: Assist customers with pricing and product queries, process counter sales, and maintain a welcoming, friendly, and well-presented store environment.
* Stock Management: Load and unload trucks, dispatch, and unpack orders and deliveries.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* Previous experience: Previous experience working in a team support role in a busy environment.
* Education and qualifications: Competent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Licenses and certifications: A current driver's license is essential, and a Forklift license is advantageous but not required.
