**Your new role and company**
We are looking for an experienced Property Manager, wanting to align yourself with a nationally recognised brand, but still remain in a small, family friendly team that invest in their people.
Taking charge of a well maintained and established portfolio of 150 properties, you will have ample support with a leasing agent/ field staff and not required to undertake any BDM or trust accounting duties. This company want to give you the ability to have flexibility in your role and allow you to do what you do best - build and maintain relationships.
**The fundamental responsibilities of this role include**:
- Property Manage a tidy portfolio of 60-80 well managed & local properties to the Ascot & Nundah area
- Be the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Coordinate and oversee repairs and maintenance
- Rental arrears and taking appropriate actions to resolve any outstanding issues
- Prepare market research for lease renewals
- Onboarding of new tenants
**What you'll need to succeed**:
- 2 years minimum as a Property Manager
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- A valid Australian Driver's License & current Certificate of Registration
- Agent's Representative certificate
