We’re currently seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager with strong EA and accounts experience to join the Derrimut head office team on a fixed-term maternity leave contract.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a supportive environment and enjoys variety and juggling executive support, accounts, payroll, and general office administration


Key Responsibilities

* Provide executive support to the Managing Director – including inbox management, catering, calendar management and adhoc executive support
* Process company payroll (60 people+)
* AR, AP, banking statements and providing adhoc accounts support
* Coordinate meetings, compile minutes, and assist with business reports


About You

* Previous experience as an EA/PA or Office Manager with exposure to accounts is essential
* Confident managing payroll, reconciliations and accounts assistance
* High attention to detail, time management skills, and initiative-driven
* Friendly, professional, and enjoys working closely with senior leadership


Benefits

* 12 month fixed-term contract (maternity leave cover)
* Start Date: Mid-August with two weeks handover
* Monday to Thursday, 8am – 4pm
