Join a fast-growing, high-performing construction company and be the backbone that keeps our projects running smoothly. BKH Group is looking for a motivated and organised Office Administrator to support our team across communication, project coordination and day-to-day operations.


About the Role


As our Office Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for internal teams, clients, and site staff. You'll support project delivery through strong communication, accurate documentation, and efficient administrative systems. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in keeping things running seamlessly. This role requires a driver's license.


Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily office operations, emails, phone enquiries, and general administrative duties
* Book flights, accommodation, training courses, and other staff requirements
* Process payments of all kinds and assist with invoicing and purchasing as required
* Coordinate schedules, bookings, and calendar management
* Handle office orders, supplies, and general workplace upkeep
* Run errands such as banking, post office drop-offs, and collecting items for the team
* Support project managers and site teams with ad-hoc administrative and in-house requirements
* Create and edit marketing materials using Canva
* Draft and coordinate social media content, including captions and platform scheduling
* Liaise with internal teams to obtain brand approvals and ensure consistent messaging
* Support basic content planning, reporting, and coordination
* Coordinate photography, videography, and site content collection


What We're Looking For

* Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
* High attention to detail and exceptional organisation
* Ability to work independently and multitask
* Confident using technology, Microsoft Office, and digital systems
* Previous experience in construction admin, office support, or customer service is highly desirable
* A proactive person who likes improving processes and keeping things efficient
